  The Sloughi is short haired and a muscular frame, colours vary from from light-sand to red-sand, red- or mahogany, black mantle, black mask, black ears. Eyes are dark brown or amber.

• Characteristics

  The Sloughi was and is still used for hunting in its native countries, and is also a reliable guarding dog.

• Temperament

  The Sloughi is very alert and intelligent and faithful to their owner. Sloughi are easy to bring up and to train, but can be sensitive.
