We first discovered OSCAR Pet Foods as customers ourselves. Quality and reliability mean a lot to us and having used OSCAR products we understand what a difference it makes to give top quality nutrition for pet health and vitality.
When we realised our OSCAR advisor, Michelle, was moving away we knew this was an opportunity we wanted to grasp.
Approaching the end of a dedicated police career, spanning more than two decades in frontline policing, I feel completely ready to deploy my advanced driving skills and clear communication with the same reliability – but at a slightly gentler pace!
Being at home with pets during lockdown has been a comfort to many families and anything we can do to make pet care easier as life returns to a ‘new normal’ is paramount.
At the end of the day, our aim is to support pet owners in Wakefield with a service that offers them the convenience of free home delivery for all their pet care needs – allowing them to enjoy more time with their family pets at home.
The OSCAR brand is honest by nature so our abiding principle is to help our customers give their pets the best they can – absolutely no hard sell.
Karl’s background includes successfully running two businesses of his own, so with the help of his management expertise we are looking forward to sharing this family business, together.
Away from work I enjoy cooking and keeping fit, whilst Karl prefers the unenviable task of perfecting his golf swing. If not in the kitchen or out on the golf course, we enjoy supporting Wakefield Trinity and the thrill of Super League.
We’ve loved and owned pets throughout our lives – and have experience of several different dog breeds. We currently own two beautiful German wire-haired Pointers, (Yogi 9, and Penny 18 months) whom we thoroughly enjoy walking with throughout the beautiful West Yorkshire countryside.
