We are confident our dog and cat foods will be exactly what your pets need and taste so good they will come back for more every day. How do I contact customer care?

Our customer care team can be contacted on 0800 195 8000 or direct@oscars.co.uk.

Our Customer Management Centre is open from 8:30am to 8:30pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30 to 5:00pm on Fridays. Out of these office hours you can leave us a voicemail message and we will get back to you as soon as we can on Monday. You can also email us on direct@oscars.co.uk or enter a web enquiry.

How do I pay for an item?

We accept credit or debit card payments rom Visa, MasterCard and Maestro.

Delivery rates and details

We will deliver your order via a courier. If you are spending more than £25.00 with us, your order is delivered to you without a charge. If you spend less than £25.00 the delivery charge is £5.95 We aim to deliver all orders within 5 working days.

Oscar Pet Foods use very high tech kit to ensure that all your personal information is safe. We promise not to share your contact details with any 3rd party company and only use them to contact you. We promise to keep your payment details locked away and secure. We also use clever encryption software to make sure your password is known only by you. For your peace of mind we do not store your password in a readable format; we use clever technology devised by our boffins to disguise the text. For this reason we won't send you your old password if you forget it, but don't worry, we will send you a link so that you can choose a new one. For added peace of mind we will also ask you to give us the answer to a question that only you know.
