Large Breed Hypoallergenic Puppy Food
Brand: OSCAR
Our Recipes Have Been Updated - Explore the Ingredients to See What's Changed for Your Dog
Did you know? Large and giant breed puppies like German Shepherds, Great Danes, and Newfoundlands grow at a slower pace than smaller breeds. With that in mind, our Large Breed Puppy Complete recipe is specially formulated to support their unique growth needs.
Packed with highly digestible chicken, nourishing sweet potato, and prebiotics, it promotes healthy digestion and is gentle on sensitive tummies. We’ve also included a balanced ratio of calcium and phosphorus to help protect their bones as they grow, along with glucosamine and chondroitin for strong joints, and salmon oil for a shiny coat and healthy skin. Give your puppy the nutrition they need to thrive.
Choose Wisely
Our Large Breed Puppy hypoallergenic recipe is ideal for breeds with an expected adult weight over 25kg. If your puppy has an expected adult weight of less than 25kg, please select our Healthy Growth puppy food instead. If you would like to check which of our puppy foods is most suited to your puppy’s breed, please call our FREE OSCAR Helpline on 0800 1958000. Pet Care Guide
-
Switching foods? Introducing your puppy to a new food should be a gradual process. Avoiding sudden change will help to reduce the risk of any tummy upsets or discomfort.
-
We recommend dividing their total daily amount of food into a minimum of three meals per day.
-
Please ensure that fresh drinking water is available at all times.
-
Puppies often eat their food too fast! Scattering food in an outdoor space or into a puzzle feeder is a useful way to prolong the enjoyment of eating their meal whilst easing their digestion.
-
Puppies enjoy reward-based training, but try not to treat them too much! Overweight puppies have a high chance of becoming overweight adults.
-
If you think your puppy is under or overweight, please consult your OSCAR Nutritional Advisor for help and advice.
